While we are not directly involved in the contracts between our customers and service providers, we understand that unexpected issues may arise. That's why we have our Assurance Seal Policy in place, to give you confidence in the high level of service you receive every time you choose GloversPro. Your trust in our commitment to excellence keeps us striving to exceed your expectations.

Homeowner Support Provisions
This Assurance Seal Policy specifies our procedures and obligations in supporting Homeowners, in accordance with the limitations and exclusions set forth in our General Terms of Service. It does not alter the role of our Service as a platform connecting Requesting Users with Home Service Professionals. GloversPro assumes no responsibility for the work performed by Home Service Professionals, and this Assurance Seal Policy does not create any contractual relationship or liability for GloversPro in connection with the agreements between Requesting Users and Home Service Professionals. Filing a claim under this policy does not limit your right to seek recourse directly from the Home Service Professional with whom you have contracted. All capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the General Terms of Service.
Submitting a Claim Under the Assurance Seal Policy
Filing a Claim
If you wish to file a Claim, you may email us at info@gloverspro.com.
To process your Claim, you will be required to provide the following information:
- Your name and address
- A comprehensive description of the Home Service Requested, the work performed, and the issue arising therefrom
- Any additional information or documentation (including photos) reasonably required to evaluate your Claim
Furthermore, you agree that we may share your Claim and any related information with the applicable Home Service Professional as necessary to process the Claim.
Processing a Claim
All discretion, review, determinations, options, rights, choices, or decisions exercised by GloversPro throughout the Claim process will be at our sole discretion, regardless of whether the phrase "in our sole discretion" is explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to determine if the evidence you provide is sufficient and reasonable to process your Claim in accordance with the GloversPro Assurance Seal Policy. We may request additional information related to your Claim at any time, and your rights under this Policy are contingent upon your provision of all requested information.
We will make commercially reasonable efforts to address your issue as promptly as possible. However, you acknowledge that resolving your Claim may take up to six weeks from the time you submit your Claim and all required documentation. GloversPro will not be liable for any failure to resolve or make payment on your Claim within this anticipated timeframe.
Additionally, if you repair or hire another service provider to repair any issue that is the subject of your original Claim prior to our processing and resolving your Claim, your Claim will be automatically disqualified. You will be ineligible for any protection or payment from us for that Claim unless the repair was necessary to mitigate immediate damage or prevent worsening of a situation (e.g., loss of electricity or water, or water damage).
Upon receiving your Claim, we will determine whether it is eligible for protection under the GloversPro Assurance Seal Policy (an "Eligible Claim"). If your Claim is deemed an Eligible Claim, we will choose the appropriate resolution. We reserve the right to determine that your Claim is not an Eligible Claim and will notify you of your Claim's ineligibility via the email address provided in your User Account.
Additional Provisions
All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the General Terms of Service.
Eligibility Requirements
GloversPro retains the right to review or consider only those Claims that meet all Eligibility Requirements detailed herein. We are not obligated to review or consider a Claim, nor to notify a Requesting User of a Claim's ineligibility, if it fails to meet these requirements:
- Timely Claim Submission: Claims must be submitted within thirty (30) days following the final day of work performed by the Home Service Professional as recorded in our system. Claims filed beyond this period will not be eligible.
- User Account and Compliance: You must possess an active User Account with GloversPro and maintain full compliance with our General Terms of Service and the conditions stipulated in this Assurance Seal Policy throughout the claim process.
- Full Payment for Services: The Home Service that is the subject of your Claim must be fully paid for. Claims will not be eligible if payment has been withheld, contested, or refused.
- Services Requested and Performed Through GloversPro: The Home Service Professional must have been engaged through our platform via your User Account. Any work conducted as a result of contact made outside our platform, such as by phone or text, is excluded. Claims are ineligible if the connection with the Home Service Professional was established outside of our Services.
- Proper Request and Performance: All work pertaining to the Claim must have been requested while logged into your User Account, accepted by a Home Service Professional through our Services, and performed exclusively by that professional. If additional professionals are required, they must be engaged through our platform. Claims are ineligible if additional workers were hired outside our Services.
- No Unauthorized Alterations: You must not alter or modify any parts, equipment, services, or work provided by the Home Service Professional, except as necessary to prevent further damage. If it is determined that any alterations or modifications contributed to the issue, the Claim will be deemed ineligible.
- Acceptance of Professional Recommendations: If reasonable recommendations made by the Home Service Professional during the job are declined, the Claim will be ineligible to the extent that those recommendations could have mitigated or resolved the issue in question.
Recourse and Contractual Rights
GloversPro's involvement is separate from your contractual relationship with any Home Service Professional. You retain the legal right to seek recourse directly from the Home Service Professional with whom you contracted for the Job, as per the terms of your agreement.
Disclaimer of Obligations and Waiver Requirements
You acknowledge and consent that GloversPro assumes no obligation to address issues stemming from contracts between you and the respective Home Service Professional contracted via the GloversPro platform. Any resolution provided for an Eligible Claim under the GloversPro Assurance Seal is subject to your execution of a Waiver and Release ("Waiver and Release") in the form prescribed by us. This Waiver and Release mandate you to indemnify GloversPro, and you acknowledge and agree to waive, release, and forever discharge us from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, suits, damages (including direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), costs, expenses, debts, actions, and causes of action of any kind or nature whatsoever related to or arising from the Claim.
