GloversPro Cancellation Policy

Your satisfaction with our service is our priority. We recognize that unforeseen delays may arise, necessitating schedule adjustments. If you wish to cancel your service request, we kindly ask that you do so before our GloversPro Contractor informs you of their en route status to your location.

Our Policy:

  • Cancellation Fee: Any cancellation made after our GloversPro Contractor informs you of their en route status to your location will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the base service fee.
  • Reschedule Fee: Any rescheduling made after our GloversPro Contractor informs you of their en route status to your location will result in a reschedule fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 25% of the base service fee.
  • Payment: Cancellation and rescheduling fees will be charged against your card on file.
